HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver
Multiple UK locations: Theale, Dagenham, Dewsbury, Walsall and Hope Valley

Breedon is a leading construction materials group in the UK and Ireland. We operate two cement plants, around 80 quarries, 40 asphalt plants, 170 ready-mixed concrete and mortar plants, nine concrete and clay products plants, four contract surfacing businesses, six import/export terminals and two slate production facilities.

We are currently seeking multiple Sales Lorry Drivers. These vacancies are based throughout the country at our cement depots; Theale, Dagenham, Dewsbury, Walsall and Hope Valley.

As an HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver your duties will include:

• Loading and discharging of dry powders.
• Responsibility for planning own routes in liaison with the logistics team.
• Responsibility for first use inspection and cleanliness of vehicle.
• Completion of paperwork to a high standard, including tickets and inspections.

You will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Possess a DIGI card.
• Held Class 1 licence for at least 2 years.
• Drivers CPC.
• Flexibility as start and finish times will vary.
• Availability for night and weekend work is essential.
