Hoist Fitter

RPH Hire Services, a family run firm based in Redhill need a person who is required to deliver, erect and dismantle our hoists on sites in London and the Home Counties. Heavy lifting and working at heights will be required plus a driving licence, and an HGV or licence covering towing a trailer would be an advantage. Full training can be provided for enthusiastic trainees with the right work ethic.. Job would suit someone with scaffolding experience.

Holding a current CSCS card would be beneficial but not strictly necessary. Core hours will be Monday- Friday, 6.30am- 5.00pm but some flexible working is required.

 

Workshop Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to service and repair our own hoists and other hire items.

A good knowledge of wiring electrical motors together with an understanding of mechanics is required although training can be provided for enthusiastic trainees with the right work ethic.

Holding a current CSCS card would be preferable but not strictly necessary. Core hours will be Monday- Friday, 7.30am- 5.00pm but some flexible working is required.

 

Hoist Operations Manager

Due to increased workload we are in the need of a dedicated loyal operations manager who has hoisting on site experience, has authority over a small work force, and is able to deal with contract managers including negotiation of related hoist contracts.

There will be a need to be able on the odd occasion to go to site and erect hoists and also meet customers face to face.

Office skills and knowledge of computer software to create hire contracts/invoices using the hire program software (Insphire) would be an advantage.

Holding a current CSCS card would be preferable. Core hours will be Monday- Friday, 7.30am- 5.00pm but some flexible working is required.
