Highways Operations Director
I am working with a client that has asked me to go to market to source a General Manager for Motorway Operations and Maintenance.
The incumbent will oversee the P&L for the contract, manage the operational structure, the contract set up, monitor the budget and resources which include cross functions including cost control, quality & performance, health and safety reporting and human resources.
The General Manager will only succeed by complying with relevant directives, procedures and other requirements of the QMS. In doing so you will fulfil the accountabilities of the position in accordance with my client's Corporate policies, core values, Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics Standards.
Essentially the person who is successful in this application will oversee the operation of a 80 mile stretch of motorway.
