South of England
Salary to £35,000 plus commission

The company

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading manufacturers of quality, bespoke residential park homes and holiday lodges.

This is customer centric business, providing a range of high quality bespoke holiday lodges and park homes that truly meet the needs of their customers.

The role

Covering the South of England, you will be responsible for increasing the company's presence and generating revenue across the South of England within the business's routes to market.

You will be selling accommodation which is used both within a residential and a holiday environment. You will be working with a very varied customer base which includes independent property developers, holiday and residential park owners as well as the general public. The role involves understanding the drivers to purchase that exist in both these vastly different sectors.

You will spend most of your time promoting your residential and holiday build solutions to Residential and Holiday Park owners. The business to business customers have clear drivers which involve getting attractive quality buildings that reflect the professional picturesque image that the parks portray whilst allowing healthy profits to be made.

About you

  • Previous experience in a sales focused role
  • Previous experience selling lodges or cabins desirable (not essential)
  • Previous experience within the construction industry
  • Strong relationship builder, able to build rapport quickly
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing individual
