Our Head Office located in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting for the position of Group Digital Marketing Administrator to join the growing sales and marketing team. The Role The role of Group Digital Marketing Administrator reports to the Group Digital Marketing Manager and will help to manage and maintain the company’s customer-facing websites. This role will ensure consistency and quality in the appearance of the Bellway brands online and a smooth and engaging customer experience at all key touchpoints, facilitating continued company growth and evolution in a highly competitive market. Principle accountabilities of the Group Digital Marketing Administrator role include: Quality checks, upload and manage content and digital assets Carry out general website maintenance tasks Manage and maintain content and assets published across leading property portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla Schedule special offers and campaigns Support the marketing team, including our copywriters, with tasks such as administration and research as required Liaise with marketing co-ordinators and external agencies to maintain and enhance our website development listings, and wider marketing content as required Independently managing multiple projects and ensuring that content is published and updated within defined timeframes Maintain the company asset library and providing media for wider company requirements upon request Report collation – pulling together statistics for the monthly website performance reports Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Experience of managing and maintaining website content and digital assets using content management systems. Experience of working within the construction or property sector is desirable Qualifications and Training GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Skills and Aptitude Excellent communication skills, including face to face, telephone, and written communication Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel Smart and presentable Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work Excellent attention to detail Able to embrace training Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative Good teamwork skills Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Committed to diversity and inclusion Good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and demonstrates a willingness to be trained on internal IT systems.
