Job Description
* As a Production Manager you will lead the manufacturing team with a focus on getting it right first time with close liaison with the production engineering team.
* Develop an annual and 3 year operating plan, Budget control of production and input into capex plans for annual, 3 and 5 year plans.
* Take a lead role in ensuring that all aspects of the factory operations are managed to the HSE system and be a role model in all aspects of safety and quality.
* Provide performance KPI'S to track and report progress against annual targets.
* Create the team leader structure to cover all production zones with a ratio of leaders and operatives to cover a 2 shift system.
Key Experience:
5 plus years managing production Leader of Production and Production team
Working in a Lean manufacturing environment
Desirable:
Modular building assembly
