Production Supervisor - Manufacturing/Electrical & Mechanical

Commutable from Leicester, Hinckley, Loughborough, Coventry

Days Shift - 7.30am to 4.30am(Mon-Thu) Early Finish Friday

Salary: Up to £31,000 + Benefits Package

My client are market leaders within their industry. They have multiple sites and manufacture spray booths and components that are vital to numerous industries. This role will involve leading a team by example and making sure projects and production targets are reached within the agreed time frames whilst maintaining a high standard of quality to ensure end-client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will come from an electro-mechanical background and will have 2 - 3 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing space.

The Candidate:

An experienced Production Supervisor with hands on electro-mechanical experience - Role is 50/50 (Hands-on/Office-based)
Experience within the manufacturing industry - experienced within panel building and general manufacturing would be acceptable
Experience in supervising a team of shop floor staff
Electrical knowledge is essential as you will be leading a team of electrical shop floor staff
2-3 years experience within a supervisory position
Experience in managing/using a stock control system effectively
Working closely with the production manager to ensure all company production targets are met
