We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Our office and prefabrication facility are located within a few miles of the M4 just off J11. With over 19 years' experience we undertake all aspects of mechanical and plumbing services, projects ranging from a £5000 to a multimillion pound hotel refurbishment. We undertake all aspects of Mechanical Pipefitting, Welding and Plumbing Services.

The role is broad ranging and includes the project management of all aspects of mechanical installations, you'll be largely office based and working on sites within a 60 mile radius.

You will Report to the Contracts Director you'll take responsibility for all spend on the project, ensuring all cost are within budgets and targets are met. You will oversee the installation onsite and ensure the client needs are met or exceeded at all times. This includes understanding of the end to end process of the project, from Tendering, RFI's, RAM's, Drawings, labour productivity and quality to practical completion. You will monitor and report internally on project costs to ensure contract conditions are adhered too and maintain reporting on contract progress.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager or an assistant project manager looking for the next step in their career. We are looking for someone experienced in managing and being accountable for projects with approximate value between £50k to £1m. You will need to be technically strong with knowledge of mechanical services and public health. Experienced use of RFI's and Technical Submittals and Application process. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, a team player and problem solver with an eye for controlled budgets.

This is an autonomous role and client facing, to be successful you will need to be technically astute and able to build long lasting professional relationships with clients. A full driving licence required.
