Senior Project Manager - Northampton

Job Description

Due to continued success, my client is now recruting for a client facing Senior Project Manager who understands the full project lifecycle, can deliver projects from start to finish and has a very strong commercial background with excellent knowledge of variations, valuations and general construction costs.

The ideal candidate would come from a Tier 1 or 2 Consultancy background, having been trained in either Project Management, Employers Agent or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years experience working as a Project Manager and dealing with stakeholders.

Projects Managers with a proven track record of delivering construction projects within Residential, Commercial, Healthcare or Industrial would be suitable.

Due to a couple of large recent project wins, any Project Managers with Student Accommodation or Care Homes would be highly desirable.

Salary:

£50,000 to £60,000 per year dependant on experience plus Company Car / Allowance and other company benefits.
