Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a highly rated Construction Consultancy to be based in their Birmingham office. This new opportunity is with a medium sized practice with 6 offices across the UK. This is a top rated employer with a well set up and successful training programme offering structured support towards gaining your professional (Mrics) qualifications.
Alongside professional Quantity Surveying, core services for this firm include Project Management and Building Surveying alongside related disciplines such as Health & Safety and Facilities Management. Theirs is a highly experienced and professional team of Surveyors alongside whom the successful candidate will be able to gain fantastic hands on Quantity Surveying experience.
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a private practice / Consultancy background for this new opportunity. Ideally MRICS qualified but not a requirement, and should you wish full support on offer in gaining this. There is good variety in their projects which includes both housing and education amongst others and they are also maintaining a hybrid working week with circa 1-2 days in the office and good work life balance overall.
