Project Planner - Consultancy

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Planner or a Project Controls Manager to create a long lasting legacy for a recently established consulting arm of a multinational developer. With ambitious plans for growth over the next year, you will be creating an enviable reputation in the industry, growing a client and project list, and be given every opportunity to take the lead in how the team will grow.

The consultancy are looking for mid-level planners through to senior level.

To be considered, you will need:

• To have taken projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction to completion
• To know the various construction contracts used
• An understanding of construction methodology
• Demonstrable experience in either residential, heritage, rail and infrastructure (ports would be advantageous), education and/or healthcare
• P6 knowledge and excellent excel skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as well as communication skills
• CPA planning knowledge and project controls
