Protocol are recruiting on behalf of a construction based Training Provider working out of Leeds. The role will be working for a passionate employer who are keen to progress within the industry.
Role responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of Functional Skills to a high standard
Supporting students from an employability standpoint
Develop high level training plans for students
Be aware and implement quality standards
The person & qualifications
Teaching qualifications are essential
Experience within an employability role
Experience in delivering functional skills (Maths & English)
Experience within a construction environment is desirable
Experience teaching and supporting NEET learners
