Job Title: Project Manager x 2
Location: Herefordshire & South East England
Sector: Bespoke Residential Development
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Package

- Full turnkey projects with high design standards
Are you an experienced project manager with a well-rounded exposure to managing full turn key residential builds? This is your chance to join a long-established specialist in their field and take the lead on delivering people's dream homes from initial consultation to hand over.
You an expect to manage multiple sub contract trades and suppliers alongside your own in-house bespoke structural offering - bringing all of it together to ensure the timely, on budget delivery of large one-off residential properties. Projects will be spread across the UK with a strong bias to Southern England.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can showcase a strong history of completed projects from start to finish
- Have a sound understanding and experience of residential development, preferably high-end one-off projects
- Hold SMSTS certification
- Are approachable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to form good working relationships with customers, subcontractors and other employees is essential
- Have a strong eye for detail and hold their work to very high standards of finish with the desire to achieve an exceptional end product
