Job Description
The Role: Engineering / Design Manager Due to aggressive business growth, my client have a need for an Engineering / Design Manager with experience within the Electronics Industry. A bit of a mixed big with lots of responsibilities in different areas of the business, you will be involved with Projects, Health & Safety, Resource Planning, Risk Management and the Management of a highly skilled team of Engineers. The Company This is a growing electronic design consultancy, employing only the highest skilled people to help their clients bring their ideas to manufacture. Specialising in products such as radio communication and sensor interfacing. Key Responsibilities-
Manage the performance of the engineering tea, including annual reviews, weekly one to ones
Set and agree monthly revenue targets and ensure that these are delivered fairly for genuine value creation
Technical liaison for sales team for project approach, estimation, likely scheduling availability and technical support
Build, audit and control a network of associates to deliver work outside of the current capability and/or capacity
Client liaison with regards to the delivery of fixed price projects

You will have previous experience of managing a team of Engineers within the Electronics Industry
Previous Project Management experience
Knowledge of ISO: 9001
Experience of R&D Tax Credit reporting
