Quality Lead - Construction and Engineering department

Job Description

Protocol is working with a Rotherham based college to find a passionate Quality Lead for the Construction and Engineering department.

The role is full-time hours and temporary until the October half-term. This role is payed on a day rate basis of £250 -£350 per day based on experience and qualifications + holiday pay.

The role is troubleshooting and resolving various issues around quality, assessment, teaching, enrolment and day to day systems, particularly focusing on Engineering and Construction.

Role responsibilities
- Be on call to resolve a variety of issues and queries relating to the Engineering and Construction department of the college
- Ensure all enrolments (ILR), registers, and awarding body documentation/ claiming is in order
- Help new staff and students 'hit the ground running', ensuring the induction procedure is running smoothly


The person & qualifications
- Experience working in Construction and Engineering a benefit
- Professional experience working within quality
- Excellent communication skills, and a dedication to ensuring quality education.
