Job Description
Hebhomes is an architect-led kit house company that specialises in rural housing. We require a senior professional such as an architect, construction manager or QS who will be responsible for liaising with our clients and our suppliers in the delivery and erection phases of our projects. It is important that they have on-site experience and good construction, Health and Safety and contract knowledge. They will also take a key role in developing the business as we expand into new markets including building relationships with affiliated contractors.
Hebhomes is a sister company of Dualchas Architects that also operates from our Glasgow office. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on Dualchas projects as well as their primary role at Hebhomes.
Ideally we would like someone who can reassure clients, organise contractors and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. The job will involve some travel, in particular at the hand-over stage of our kits to clients.
