Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Controller
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular
Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + upto 10% Annual Bonus + 10% Pension Contribution
Would you like to gain Quantity Surveyor experience within the modular construction industry to progress your career?
Recruiting due to the recent promotion of their last Commercial Controller, this is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to progress in to a Quantity Surveyor Role and be involved within the ever growing modular construction industry.
You will be joining a leading player in the modular construction sector who have worked on some of the largest modular construction contracts in the UK. You will receive mentoring and training from a very experienced commercial team. You will be part of a strong and inclusive team culture in a business with very low staff turnover who take a real interest in the well-being of their people.
The successful candidates' skills and/or qualifications:
- A degree, HND or HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Be aware of JCT and NEC Contracts
- MS Word and ES Excel experience
- Modular or offsite construction knowledge is desirable but not essential
About the role:
- Weekly Hours - Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 , Friday 08:30 - 16:30
- Holidays - 25 per year + Bank Holidays
- Pension - 10% Employer contribution
- Bonus - Annual Bonus scheme upto 10%
