Mobile Plant Coordinator (Ref: 9697)

Job Description

We have an opportunity for a confident and highly motivated Mobile Plant Coordinator to manage the movement of mobile plant for our contracting business. About the role In this role you will work in conjunction with managers, supervisors and foremen to ensure our mobile plant is transported efficiently from site to site. Other elements to the role include: Ensure that all work for which they are responsible is carried out in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner in accordance with the policies of the company and the Integrated Management System Order materials and plant Keep records of transactions in either paper or electronic format Maintain the system records and servicing records of plant/vehicles Coordinate plant and labour movements Check materials and plant is delivered against orders Ensure that all work for which you are responsible is carried out in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner in accordance with the policies of the company and the Integrated Management System Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and any other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work and conduct themselves in a manner which prevents pollution and customer complaints Report all accidents, incidents and complaints to your Supervisor Make suggestions to improve HSEQ matters in the Company to the Supervisor concerned Report all defective equipment and unsafe conditions to your Supervisor immediately What will you bring? General haulage/CPC knowledge would be desirable Geographical knowledge Experienced in using various IT systems and packages including excel and google drive(desirable) Strong administration skills An understanding of the industry would be beneficial ​ What’s on offer?
