Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Development and Regeneration
Location: North West England
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

• A mix of demolition, new build and refurbishment sees these projects turn old spaces into new places

A leading national developer, specialising in urban regeneration, seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work between sites, head office and home. Taking the lead on contracts of c. £2M per project, you will work closely with site-based teams and colleagues in head office reporting straight to the Associate Director.

This permanently employed vacancy will suit a capable quantity surveyor who holds a genuine interest in bringing new life to urban areas in the UK's biggest cities. High profile projects with strong press coverage that will leave a mark on our cities, and your resume.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or equivalent qualification
• New build and development experience on projects of £2-5M
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contract forms
• A genuine interest in urban regeneration
• Highly organised and driven
• Strong multi-site management skills with ability to travel

The successful applicant will be offered:

• Salary of £55,000 - £60,000
• 23 days holiday + buy up to 5 additional days + bank holidays
