Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Sector: Offsite Construction / MMC
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Package
- Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking an opportunity in the MMC sector?
- Would like to work on new build projects for a well-capitalised and growing contractor?
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects taking the lead in contractual and commercial compliance. Supplying into main contractors and developers, your knowledge of JCT and NEC forms will be essential in ensuring the successful and profitable completion of new build projects across the education, residential and student accommodation sectors.
With the backing of a large multi-national group this business is set to be come a leading player in the structural sub contracting space. They are open to speaking with candidates form either main contracting or structural sub contracting backgrounds. Candidates will need a minimum of four years' experience in a similar role.
