Quantity Surveyor Job in Warrington

Quantity Surveyor job based in Warrington for a rapidly growing housebuilder. Working on mixed tenure developments across Greater Manchester and Merseyside. They have a strong pipeline of developments in the pipeline and need an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + £5k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus.

They partner with Build to Rent Investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities to deliver high-quality private rented homes and much needed affordable housing as well as private homes for sale, always with sustainability and community in mind. Reporting to the Commercial lead, you will take responsibility for full commercial management, being involved from tender and procurement through to final accounts, working on developments of 100+ units in Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

- Supply Chain Procurement

- Cost Control

- Variations

- Benchmarking and analysis of build costs

- Final Accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor

- Residential main contractor or housebuilder background

- Experienced in mixed tenure developments

- Feasibility to final accounts

- Must have own car and UK Driving Licence.
