Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a residential development background. Your role will be fundamental to the business in ensuring the cost and contractual management of Modular Housing developments. Your experience in residential development will be welcomed with the opportunity to move into the modern age of house building with this fully operational modular housing manufacturer.
You can expect to be involved in a wider range of essential commercial functions such as contract administration, risk management, procurement, estimating, strategy, cost reporting, design change management and sub-contractor management.
Candidate Profile:
- Educated to HNC or Degree level
- Proven track record in residential development
- Excellent financial and contractual acumen
- Team player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly organised and skilled problem solver
- Results driven
- Desirable, but not essential, skills include Offsite Construction experience and MRICS status
