Sales Progressor Job in Cambridge
I have a Sales Progressor job working for a top 10 housebuilder in their brand-new office near Cambridge. Our client is looking for an individual who has strong experiences as a Sales Progressor in the property sector. The role is paying £32,000 + 25 days holiday.
Our client is one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK which operates in more than 20 divisions across England, Scotland, and Wales. Established more than 75 years ago, they have grown into a top 10 UK housebuilder that sell over ten thousand homes per year and currently employ over two thousand people.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the task of moving sales from reservation stage to completion.
- Ensure that maximum profit is achieved through the effective management of the sales team
- Always maintain a high level of customer service
- Provide administrative back up to the Sales Director, Head of Sales, and Sales Office Manager
- Act as an additional point of contact to customers through the completion process
- Responsible for investigating and resolving any problems
- Ensure that Sales Advisors provide accurate, regular updates
- Provide weekly update reports to Senior Management
- Attend and contribute to build/sales catch-up meetings as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Face to face sales experiences
- Experiences in a conveyancing setting role
- Experiences as a Sales Progressor for a residential house builder is preferred
- Effective negotiation and sales skills
- IT literate and able to adapt to new systems.
