Senior Site Manager (House Builder) * Basic – Up to £75k + Bonus * Leighton Buzzard * Company Car / Allowance * Further company benefits Job description Productive Partnerships are working with one of the country’s leading house builders, are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to be based in a new development near Leighton Buzzard. The company are one of the UK's leading developers of new homes who build award-winning homes across the country in prime locations, creating sustainable new communities. The successful Senior Site Manager will be tasked with managing the build of a large project of around 120 Traditional build plots, with a mix of houses and apartments. It is important that the successful individual can manage a large on-site Construction team consisting of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers, External Sub-Contractors, Engineers and Administrative Staff with the skill to pull a team together and have them working cohesively. Ideally candidates will have experience working with Volume builds for a residential developer or schemes of a similar nature/scale and ideally will have proven experience in delivering schemes as a number one manager. Candidates must be SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (black card preferable) accredited, further awards and qualifications are a bonus.
