Location: Leicestershire

What do you need to be successful in?
● Proven success in driving revenue and profit, taking new technologies to market through
team and personal sales strategies in Automotive & Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1s
● Multiple successes through the negotiation of commercial aspects including the volume
of product, protection of IP and JVs & JDAs that fit with the vision of the business
● Taking prospective customers from development loop / TRLs through to volume
production
● Develop and implement worldwide sales plans and forecasts with effective account
management over different business needs and worldwide cultures
● Successful integration of sales with Product owners for solid commercial strategies to
develop current and future products
What experience will you need?
● You'll need five-plus years of International Sales Leadership into OEMs / 1st Tier
Manufacturers to give you the track record to negotiate commercial contracts at board
level.
● Your sales experience needs to be within Technical Sales within Automotive / Aerospace
/ Power-Gen industries where you have bought new technologies or products to OEMs.
● Director, direct management over a team with personal board-level sales

You'll also need to be a Player Manager, a person that is down to earth, resourceful with natural
savviness.
