Delivery Specialist

Job Description

Protocol are proud to work with an upstanding Training Provider who specialise in the delivery of a wide range of vocational qualifications and commercial training courses specifically for the construction sector. Our Client are offering a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Delivery Specialist covering the Sheffield area.



Role responsibilities
Deliver high quality training using a variety of learning methods to employees in the relevant sector to achieve either the End Point Assessment (EPA) in an apprenticeship standard or qualifications which form part of the apprenticeship framework including delivery of English and maths. Learning methods can include one to one mentoring, group workshops, online webinars and remote learning.
Assess learners to ensure that have met the requirements set out in qualification criteria or to assess their EPA readiness.
To produce schemes of work, lesson plans, learning materials and assessment plans, and any other related ac vi es that impact on learning.
To bespoke learning programmes in accordance with the employer 's requirements and work in conjunction with the employer to tailor your delivery to compliment the learning and development being managed by the employer and support the employer to do this effectively.
To take responsibility for the delivery and successful completion of the apprenticeship programme as per your agreed caseload.
To carry out processes and procedures across the learner journey from initial sign ups of learners, where you will be expected to submit fully compliant documentation right through to completion of the programme.
To work with your specialist manager to identify learners at risk and engage with the necessary cause for concern procedures.
To work with employers to deliver a high quality apprenticeship programme, encourage employer involvement and report on their employee 's progress.
Identify where a learner may require additional support and engage with the appropriate professional including functional skills specialist, ALS specialist or performance coach. Ensuring that any barriers to learning are overcome.
Use IT systems to deliver, record and track training and learning including use of the company e‐portfolio and virtual learning environment. To use the appropriate systems to
record engagement with employers and to organise inductions as appropriate.


The person & qualifications
Delivering learning ac vi es in an educational sector or relevant employer provision including one to one and group workshops, practical demonstrations and remote learning.
Evidence of ability to apply effective approaches to teaching, coaching and assessing at the relevant level.
Has sufficient industry/sector/job role/ expertise and experience to be seen as expert in area of responsibility.
Evidence of working confidently with performance /financial/delivery/data/ information to manage and monitor outcomes.
Teaching qualification on equivalent to CTLLs OR willingness to work towards trainer development programme (6 months) or FE Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship standard (Level 5).
D32/33 with update, A1 or TAQA ‐ Award in Understanding the Principles and Practice of Assessment Level 3 OR willingness to complete the Assessor‐Coach Apprenticeship standard
(Level 4).
D34 with update, V1 or TAQA - Award and Certificate in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice - Level 4.
Literate and numerate holding a minimum level 2 or equivalent in maths and English
