Basic salary to £45,000 ote £60,000 + Car

We have a fantastic opportunity for a successful Estate Agent or a sales professional who comes from a property development background to join a dynamic growing "house manufacturer" who builds solutions within a factory (Offsite Construction). You will be selling a product which has been designed to offer the house buyer a range of solutions that are at the cutting edge of design and technical innovation.
Daily you will be based out of their offices in North London where you will handle all enquiries from prospective self-builders whether this be simple enquiries for a brochure, to conduct a viewing of their show home at their manufacturing site or holding their hand through the trials and tribulation of English Planning Permission. The role alternately is one of selling a unique range of Architect designed houses of various sizes and configurations.
The client is at the cutting edge of house design providing both attractive and technology based solutions (cheap to run etc.).
