Job Description
Do you have a real passion to succeed in a fast paced professional sales team? If so, Aggregate Industries has the perfect role for you!
As one of our key Internal Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for seeking out opportunities and generating new business, whilst ensuring the customer and business are at the heart of your decision. Bringing on board sales that suit our inventory and logistics position, ensuring you have the drive to expand our markets will be instrumental to the business.
About the role
You will play a core role in the searching and seeking for new business opportunities, whilst being able to manage KPI’s and business demands. In addition, you'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally as well as being highly motivated with a customer-focussed approach.
Other key deliverables include:
- Customer Account Management
- Customer Service
- Prospecting for new business and project tracking
- Meeting forecasts and budgets, whilst adapting to changing markets
- Investigating and updating customer queries
About you
- Performance Results Driven
- You are highly motivated and willing to focus and commit
- You have the ability and desire to work with different stakeholders
- Keen business sense and negotiation skills
- You are an excellent communicator
- Previous sales experience is preferable, but not essential
