MPL is a successful and growing company in the Commercial & Retail Refurbishment sector. As a result of our continued success we are looking to appoint a Sales Director.
About MPL
MPL Interiors specialises in design and refurbishment of commercial property. We offer a concept to completion service to a broad range of sectors including private healthcare, commercial offices and retail . Our service include graphic design, rebranding, 2d layout planning, office refurbishment, displays and signage, furniture supply and installation.
The role
Reporting to the MD, this is a key role within our business, as part of the management team you will be responsible for developing and leading the sales and marketing strategy, driving sales to new and existing clients. You will have P&L responsibility, ensuring that we meet all our targets for sales, productivity, cost and profitability. You will be working closely with the colleagues in Design, Installations, Operations and Finance to ensure that we deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of every project.
About you
We are looking for a capable sales and business development professional for this role who has operated at a senior level, preferably from within the design and build sector but other industry experience may be relevant. Experience of selling fully integrated design solutions, including project management and construction services would advantageous. You will need to be a strong relationship builder, commercially minded, creative, innovative and a strong team player.
