Sales Executive New Installations Lift Industry North London Commutable from: Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Luton, Hatfield, Watford, Harlow Sales Patch - London and around M25 Office: North London Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 DOE + OTE £60,000 + BenefitsWe are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with new construction experience. The ideal candidate will come from the lift industry with an engineering background and engineering degree or similar qualifications including NVQ 3. The successful candidate will either have experience winning new business and project managing the contracts through to completion. Or a skilled Engineer looking to get into a sales role!

The Candidate: As a Sales Executive of new lift installations, you will be familiar with most types of manufacturers. You will also be used to travelling as part of your job and happy travelling around London and the M25. Due to the workload, our client is happy for you to manage your own diary and work from home. Key Responsibilities

Winning new business from surveying and quoting new clients.
Work collaboratively with the client from start to finish, including ordering key components.
Upon completion of audits, you will need to write detailed reports of your findings. This will include your recommendations for modernisations, repairs or full replacement of lifts.
Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
Accountable for developing company customer base or market area

Lead generation and conversion, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales targets
Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
Accountable for hand-over to installation engineering team with complete and correct information
Timely and accurate reporting
You will be of the mindset that this is your business and you will be driven to put in the effort, miles and time to make this a success
