There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our Head Office located in Woolsington, Newcastle is looking to recruit a Group Social Media Coordinator on a fixed term basis for 1 year. The Role Assist the Group Social Media Coordinator with creating engaging content for Bellway’s B2B and B2C social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focussed. In addition, manage a highly active online community and provide customer service to uphold the brand reputation. Principal accountabilities of the Group Social Media Coordinator role include: Support the Group Social Media Coordinator with creating engaging text and content for various social media platforms. Support the Group Social Media Coordinator to execute and manage social media campaigns to build followers, enhance visibility and drive engagement. Manage and engage with the online community of customers, at all stages of their purchase journey. Manage customer service enquiries through social media and liaise with the appropriate internal departments to respond appropriately. Liaise with the external creative agency to develop visual social media content as required. Liaise with internal Marketing teams, and the external PR agencies to obtain appropriate content to distribute through the social media channels. Monitor, respond to and report on online reviews and feedback from customers. Research audience preferences and competitor activity, and discover current trends to influence and inspire social media content. Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of social media projects. Stay up to date with changes on all social media platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. Suggest new ideas and concepts for social media content and support with their implementation. Continually develop and refine an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. Monitor channel performance, taking steps to optimise and make improvements where necessary. Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Experience of working in a social media-focused role, with experience of delivering content for B2B and B2C who can demonstrate examples of social media successes and wins. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and the best practices for utilising these platforms. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks, 3rd party social media tools and the internet to support this. Knowledge of the Property Industry is desirable. Qualification and Training A digital marketing-related qualification is desirable. Skills and Aptitude Enthusiastic, a problem solver and a creative thinker. Exceptional business writing skills and can visualise as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise accordingly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multitasking skills.
