Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hampshire
Sector: Facades
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance
- Are you an experienced sub contractor's Quantity Surveyor?
- Are you looking to grow with an ambitious company and take the helm on contractual and commercial management?
This sub-contractor has shown impressive financial performance in recent years seeing a two-fold increase in turnover. The plan is to continue this growth before stabilising and optimising their margins moving forward.
You will take the lead on commercial management of contracts supported by a team of 2x surveyors and 3x buyers. Dividing works across the team, you will be individually responsible for larger contracts. Career minded candidates will find a forward-thinking culture with a view to work towards commercial directorship within five years.
The Candidate:
- An experienced sub-contract commercial specialist
- Background as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong client facing skills
- Experience of working with a tier one contractor and national developer client group
- Team management experience would be beneficial
The Package:
- £55,000 - £65,000 salary
- Car allowance or company car
- Auto Enrolment Pension
