Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a graduate Production Manager with some manufacturing / production experience to their expanding team. My client is a well-established supplier to major manufacturers and industries specialising in surface finishing solutions to automotive, aerospace & architectural name a few. To sustain continued growth and support their strategic recruitment plans they are now actively seeking to recruit an intelligent, personable professional graduate with at least 2 years commercial experience from within a manufacturing / production environment. Your degree will also ideally be of a business discipline but our client will also entertain other degrees. Candidates with HNC/HND level qualification and a progressive track record within manufacturing / production will also be considered. You will be a driven professional looking to rapidly progress your career to match our clients drive for progression and development, proactive in your approach and adaptive to the needs of the business. This role will see you experience all areas of the business from production & production planning to quality and continual improvement along with logistics so you will gain the knowledge and experience with tailored and structured training to adequately equip you for a senior management progression career path. You will also receive Business Improvement Training from an external provider which supports our Lean manufacturing principles. You will continually develop your management expertise to achieve excellent personnel management and motivational skills and hone your lean manufacturing and continuous improvement skills. You will be following in the ranks of others who have successfully completed the same training programme and now hold senior positions across the business.
