Plastering Assessor

Job Description

We are working in partnership with Wigan & Leigh College to recruit exceptional Assessors for their Construction Department.

We are looking for a highly motivated Plastering Assessor to work on a temporary or permanent basis. You will be required to work at the college as well as visit workplaces.



Role responsibilities
To assess plastering up to level 3
To travel to workplaces to meet with apprentices
To pass on your skills and industry knowledge to students
To develop and deliver best practice in learning, teaching and assessment
To assist in the implementation of pastoral and welfare systems for students, including induction, recording achievements and action planning

The person & qualifications
Hold a recognised assessing qualification
Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Plastering
Have previous experience assessing students and/or apprentices
Ability to travel between sites and workplaces
