Achievement Support Lead - Engineering and Manufacturing

Job Description

Protocol are partnered with an excellent college based in Peterborough, together we are searching for an Achievement Support Lead to assist in the Engineering and Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be working full time for 2 weeks.

Role responsibilities

This will be a tutor role based on supporting the full time students in work shop with E&M learning.

They will also have the responsibility of Identifying another learning needs the student might have, if they need to see another support function for example but they will not be tasked with delivering counselling etc.


The person & qualifications

Candidate Must have experience in Engineering and Manufacturing workshops, pref in an FE environment and experience of delivering one to one pastoral care and support.
