Job Description
We are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager, to work as part of our clients' team delivering a New Community Stadium for Boston United Football Club and its Education and Community & Foundation.
The stadium is a part of The Quadrant development, which is located just off the A16 at Wyberton, immediately south of the Lincolnshire Market Town of Boston.
Construction is now well under way, and we are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to work closely with an experienced Site Manager, with the primary focus on the M & E Installation and Internal Fit Out.
The appointed person will have experience of commercial projects and have a bias towards internal fit out and finishing works. The ability to manage the various disciplines involved, while working to budget; a busy build programme, and delivering high quality is essential.
In conclusion, you will have a proven track record of effectively managing (or assisting) and delivering commercial projects alongside experienced Site Management, and be driven to produce a high-quality development, on time and on budget.
You must possess current relevant health & safety and Site Management qualifications, although our client is always prepared to upskill their staff.
Required experience:
* Site Management
* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS for Assistants
* Competent in Commercial Development
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day)
* CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS preferred)
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license
