Director of Project Management, opportunity in Birmingham to head up a small, but growing Project Management team of a leading Construction Consultancy.

Their reputation as Quantity Surveyors is impressive and they are seeking to develop their Project Management offer still further. There is a great platform to do this with the opportunity to expand on recent wins and their existing track record.

We're looking for an experienced Project Management head with the gravitas to lead the team and develop their Project Management offer in Birmingham. Much of their existing work is with clients in the private sector including private residential and commercial office space, higher education and some industrial projects. They have a considerable amount of repeat work under their belt with a number of sought after clients. There is considerable scope to build on this, and the opportunity to join a dynamic, thriving team of Construction Professionals.

The successful candidate will already have a strong consultancy Project Management track record, be an experienced team leader and comfortable in taking a leading role in both delivering large new build projects as well as being comfortable in presenting technical bids to clients. Indeed we would anticipate that in having this background and track record you will already have built a strong personal network and reputation with clients in these or similar sectors.
