Job Description

Aggregate Industries, a leading player in construction solutions, are looking for their next exceptional member to supervise the safe and compliant running of their site as a Plant Supervisor. About the role; Our Plant Supervisors effectively manage the day to day running of our sites, not only to regulatory standards but also the industry leading standards set across our international group. Supervising and supporting all staff including hauliers, production staff and customers in order to maintain our exemplary record will be expected so a proven track record of staff supervision will be required. Our Plant Supervisors are on the front line of our plants, securing the integrity of our sites through effective induction of existing staff, new staff and contractors so anyone looking to step in to this role has to be able to communicate at all levels. Our Plant supervisors also maintain our audit compliance through strict adherence to our documentation standards on items such as, but not limited to, Maintenance logs, Stock data and any technical testing related documentation. Thanks to this the successful candidate will be organised with the ability to problem solve in a timely manner. Other expectations will include; Good housekeeping standards across the Plant.
