Procurement Systems and Supplier Performance Manager (Ref: 9959)

Job Description

We have some brand new and exciting opportunities within our procurement function as we look to expand the skillset of our highly valued procurement team, following on from some significant successes in the last financial year. A new opportunity for a Procurement Systems & Supplier Performance Manager has been created to join our expanding procurement team at our Bardon Hill Head office. Within this role you will have the opportunity to lead cross functional project teams to implement and train optimised systems. About the role Your role will be to identify and implement optimised systems, tools, processes and data structures in alignment with the wider objectives of the Procurement/ P2P function and business strategy. Identifying opportunities for both commercial and efficiency gains. Other elements to the role include: Implementation of enhanced customisable dashboards to allow Procurement, P2P and key business stakeholders to be self-sufficient in fulfilling their data requirements Identification of optimisation opportunities (system, process, data, spend), making proposals to take advantage of those opportunities and subsequently running projects to fulfil those proposals In depth analysis of identified areas of spend to identify commercial opportunities, process standardisation synergies and provide actionable recommendations to Procurement/ business Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of spend data analysis and production of reports, to include LafargeHolcim quarterly reports, Procurement monthly reports, P2P KPI’s and others as required Mapping process flows and providing input on process optimisation Manage/ contribute to business change initiatives as identified (e.g. Coupa implementations, financial system changes etc) Work with end-users and relevant functional departments to develop processes and system specifications and performance metrics that drive continuous improvement in business performance Create added value annual activity roadmap that supports the attainment of department/business objectives Plan and hold regular review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring system and process performance are in line with expectations ​What will you bring? Ability to create and develop process maps and drive continuous improvement in business management efficiency Proven experience of developing and managing strong relationships with end-users, senior stakeholders and suppliers Gravitas to influence at all levels of management Strong IT capability Experience in driving change management projects and programmes is desirable Proven experience of implementing best practice systems and process solutions Able to lead & manage multiple priorities/projects effectively & efficiently without compromise to quality Drafting and development of performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs) Strong financial acumen ​What’s on offer?
