Location: Leeds
Sector: Residential Development - Offsite / MMC
Salary: c. £40,000 - £50,000 subject to experience

This exciting business is changing the way our homes are build, with outstanding environmental credentials across their build process and building performance. You will be joining an existing site and project management team who are building out a long-term program in one of the cities most exciting and forward thinking projects.
You will be taking houses on from install phase through to handover. Once the istall teams have erected the timber framed systems, you will oversee both directly employed and sub-contract trades to ensure that houses are completed on time and to the highest possible standard. Candidates with experience of working for a large house builder will be favourably considered.
