Are you a Site Manager with a strong history of completed projects within both traditional build and offsite building systems? The Role:
- Taking responsibility as number on site on design and build projects up to £7M
- Managing internal stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors
- Keeping up to date reports and RAMS for all of your projects
- Making time critical decisions to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget
- Ensuring client and community relationships are maintained
- Ensuring a high-end, snag and defect free finish
Essential Skills:
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as a minimum
- A clear and demonstrable history of completed projects as number one site manager
- Willingness to work around the UK and travel for each project
- Excellent communication and management skills
- First rate record of health and safety
- A strong, team orientated mentality
The Package:
- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
