Location: Nationwide Projects - Midlands Base
Sector: Modular Housing
Salary: £45,000 + Car & Package
- Are you an experienced Modular Construction Site Manager?
- Can plan, co-ordinate and manage modular installation from factory to finish?
An exciting business is actively seeking a new Site Manager to be based on projects around the UK. Working on multi-unit housing sites and apartment builds, you can expect extensive travel, being based on each project from start to finish.
As a supply and install contractor, you will be concerned with ensuring the modular delivery and installation is managed effectively. Groundworks are overseeing by the management contractor so you can be purely focused on the modular element of these builds.
We would liker to speak to candidates who:
- Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Have excellent planning and scheduling skills to coordinate modular delivery and installs
- Hold a high degree of integrity in their work and can offer a reliable pair of hands for large project budgets
- Can liaise well with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with sub contract installation teams and internal production and design teams
- Are willing to travel extensively around the UK for the duration of the projects, on average 8-16 weeks per project
- Are excited to work at the forefront of modern housing for a well-established and growing business
The successful candidate can expect very strong future opportunities with a company who are the forefront of a booming construction sector together with the following package:
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
