Job Description
My client a leading marketing business based in Solihull are looking for an Interim Pricing Analyst to join them on a 6 month contract. As the Interim Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the reporting and presentation of information related to pricing projects for objective and timely decision making.
The Role
- Extraction of information from the different transactional systems
- Preparation of information to be analysed using different tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative basic financial analysis of information and draw relevant conclusions for the business
- Review problems /repeat issues for the data elements, building & maintaining mapping tables as identified
- Provide profitability and margin analysis across multiple attributes: customer, product, geography, etc.
- Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data
- Support the organisation in regular pricing reviews and price increase analyses
Education & Experience:
- At least 2 years in similar positions and activities
- Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Power Point and Excel
