Senior Town Planner Job in Basildon
My client who are a Planning Consultancy, currently have a Senior Town Planner job available working from their Head Office in Basildon.
This planning practice are looking to strengthen their team in Basildon with this requirement for a Senior Town Planner or Principal Planner. As the successful Planner, you'll be working on various residential planning applications across Essex as well as supporting the Directors and mentoring the junior members of the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
- Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
- Preparation of planning appeals
- Preparing reports and statements
- Liaising with clients and local authorities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years+ experience
- Ideally Relevant Degree
- Ideally RTPI or working towards but not essential
- Public or Private sector experience.
What you get back
- Salary of £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
