Assistant Working Foreman – High Spec Residential Interior / Exterior Subcontractor
Permanent, £25K p.a.
RSIA are looking for an experienced and qualified Assistant Working Foreman to join a Building Services Subcontractor that operates within the Residential Property sector.
Position
This position will offer a natural progression and serve as a great opportunity within a managerial operational capacity.
Duties will include working closely with the Site Manager to ensure project runs as scheduled, monitoring Health and Safety on site, procurement of materials and motivation of applicable trade teams. You will oversee operations and will lend your assistance to the tools where necessary.

Candidate Spec
You will come from a Carpentry or Brickwork background and should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an Assistant Foreman / Supervisory operational position. You will need to show a proven track record and demonstrate excellent organisational skills with qualified site supervisory certification (SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS). It is essential you have a good knowledge of safety, health, environment and quality systems.
Ideally you will have experience in Subcontract Building Services within the Residential sector.
