Job Description
M&E Mechanical supervisor
Location: Primrose Hill 3 weeks / Slough 6 months
Data Centre experience preferred
Candidates must be available immediately.

Our client covers all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) work as well as data centre infrastructure installation. Our client is one of the leading suppliers delivering best-in-class project management and the installation of data infrastructure projects for bespoke, data centre buildings.
Duties
Ensuring on site coordination between trades and assisting in the continuous improvement mentality employed by the company.
Assist in the management and supervision of site personnel
Supervising various subcontractors, and around 15 operatives
Chilled water knowledge
DX systems
Ventilation systems
Boosted water systems
Experience in MAPRESS and FUSION welded pipework systems
Manage sub-contractors on site works
Qualifications:
Have SSSTS & first aid, CSCS
IPAF & PASMA preferred
Mechanical Trade Qualification
Previous experience in a supervisory role on large projects
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record working on fast paced construction programmes within a critical environment
Ability to work from construction programmes and prioritise workloads.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
A good working knowledge of health and safety procedures.
