Job Description
Protocol are proud to be working alongside an excellent college based in Windsor! They are currently seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer.

Role responsibilities
* To provide high quality teaching and assessment in the subject areas required, ensuring an excellent quality of education and training and actively encouraging and promoting student learning.
* Effective delivery and management of a teaching programme within the areas of competence of the post holder paying due regard to student progression towards successful completion.
* ProMonitor - Actively engage with the student electronic ILP platform to monitor student progress, record interventions Assessment of professional and personal development needs through playing a full part in the College's appraisal and performance management process.
The person & qualifications
* Ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to achieve one in post
* Ideally have experience delivering Motor Vehicle courses at levels 1-3 or have substantial industry/professional experience
* A DBS on the update service or dated within the last 12 months through Protocol
