Job Description
Protocol are working with a Further Education College based in Greater Manchester to recruit for an exceptional Painting and Decorating Lecturer to deliver informative taster sessions with the purpose of inspiring potential students and delivering key information about the subject and career pathways within the industry.
The college delivers a range of courses across five centres, from vocational qualifications, adult learning and apprenticeships to higher education. They are committed to delivering the very best experiences for learners and providing a stimulating and supportive environment for staff to perform to the best of their ability and pass their passion to the students.
Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, this is a perfect opportunity to work at a college who are aiming to achieve an 'Outstanding' grade.
We are looking for teacher qualified industry expert to deliver taster sessions each Friday from 10:00 - 15:15 for a total of 4.5 hours per week. The sessions are due to start on 16/10/2020 and are expected to last until Xmas as a minimum, with the potential to continue for the entire academic year.
Student sessions will include groups with SEN and pupils who are disaffected with education, we are looking for an individual with a genuine enthusiasm for their subject and for training and education in order to inspire students who might otherwise not have thought about attending a college course.
