£100m Brum housing framework opens

BMHT is responsible for delivering the new housing programme of Birmimgham City Council.

It is anticipated that the framework will run for three years, with an option to extend to a fourth year.

It is split into three lots: Rented and/or Shared Ownership Dwellings; Cross Subsidy Mixed Tenure Schemes; andLarge Scale Mixed Tenure Schemes.
