Leicestershire County Council has advertised a construction services framework worth up to £100m.
The council is looking to appoint a single contractor to the framework, which will run for four years, covering individual projects that range in value from £200,000 to £30m.
The projects may include design, build, remodelling, refurbishment and maintenance.
Leicestershire expects a minimum of five participants will be invited to tender, and a maximum of seven.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 9 April.
